The Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram is delighted to invite you to the International Multiplier Training on “Entrepreneurship Education for All”, to be held on 17 November 2025 at CMD, Thycaud. This programme brings together experts from Austria, Denmark, Portugal and the Philippines in collaboration with the ASEM LLL Hub Regional Centre for South Asia.

💡 Entrepreneurship Education for Beginners
10:00 – 11:00 am
Foundational concepts in entrepreneurial thinking — opportunity recognition, value creation and ethical decision-making. Includes an entrepreneur interview and practical examples that show how entrepreneurship is accessible to all and how institutions can nurture innovation and resilience.
🎨 On Creativity & Systematic Development of Ideas
11:15 am – 12:30 pm
Practical frameworks such as design thinking and idea mapping to move from inspiration to implementation. Interactive exercises and real-world examples to cultivate creativity as a skill.

🚀 Entrepreneurial Design Thinking: From Idea to Sustainable Business Model
1:30 – 3:00 pm
Hands-on journey through empathy-driven problem solving, rapid prototyping and iterative refinement. Includes a skills-based self-assessment to help participants identify strengths and areas for growth.
